Accountant (Temporary 12 months) Job

We are currently looking for an Accountant in our Finance team, based in Dubai.

As an Accountant, you secure proper and efficient accounting and reporting for the Wholesale business at the given quality level keeping all deadlines.

• Collaborate in the Monthly closing (Inter IKEA reporting/ SAP) and Inter IKEA functional reporting.
• Responsible for procure-to-pay process, from purchase order to payment, including policy implementation and systems.
• Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to ensure proper payment authorization.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve purchasing and payment-related issues.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process expense reports and preparation of journal entries that relate to AP.
