The Manager, Supply Chain Administration will be developing and overseeing the architecture of services to support the Supply Chain department including but not limited to business intelligence and analytics, contract management, supplier relationship management and procurement systems.
This includes developing the framework for each of the programs used ensuring that it is solid, that the programs meet the business requirements and are S.M.A.R.T. This role will develop a team whose skills and capabilities will ensure excellent performance both in the development of the programs as well as the execution, implementation, and maintenance. You will develop KPIs for the teams in alignment with business objectives and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, we’d like you to have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 4+ years’ prior experience in successfully managing the supply chain administration functions in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of administrative processes, exceptional communication skills, and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
You will have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing.
Have prior experience working with suppliers and resources within the UAE market preferred.
Besides, you will have experience in negotiation, analysis, a good understanding of terms and conditions, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
