Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for different functions across 2 multibrand stores.  

Overview

      • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies specifically aimed at driving sales and increasing brand visibility within the retail environment. Collaborating closely with retail teams, brands, and buying departments to create effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
      • Build 12-month calendar to support business growth across markets (UAE & Bahrain) including management of key brand budgets and activities
      • Own brand launch calendar and brand partnerships (beauty & fashion) – coordinating across departments for the successful roll out of key campaigns

Retail Marketing:

      • Retail Strategy Development: Developing strategies to promote brands and launches effectively within retail stores and online.
      • Promotional Campaigns: Planning and executing promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, promotions, and special offers to drive sales and increase product visibility based on business requirements.

Partnerships

    • Main POC between Marketing and Beauty/Buying teams for all marketing needs to ensure smooth collaboration for all channels and functions.

Budget

    • Owner of content budget to ensure updated tracking for all key functions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6 – 8 years of experience in Marketing 
  • Background in Luxury, Fashion or Beauty
  • Proven record for management skills 
  • Experience with Communications / PR and events
  • Experience in Retail Marketing
