Job Description

  • Assist Payroll run operations.
  • Provide professional answers of payroll queries to Group’s employees and to ensure any payment issues are properly resolved.
  • Enter payroll deduction data In system like staff miscellaneous deductions, penalties etc.
  • Update in system employee profile data and payroll records regularly.
  • Coordinate with Group Business Coordinators for missing information as required.
  • Issue payroll statements to Group’s staff like Statement of Accounts.
  • Assist In standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
  • Maintain Confidentiality of all payroll information.
  • Assist Time Attendance process.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation in any discipline, preferable in accounts.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in payroll or accounts position, in the UAE.
  • Strong computer skills such as typing, system and software knowledge
     
  • Knowledge of wage withholding orders
  • Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concern
  • Being an effective team player
  • Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
  • Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
