Designed to evolve from drinking to dining to dancing, in no order, Ling Ling pulls inspiration from Izakayas, offering extraordinary craft beverages intentionally paired with Cantonese fare.
We are looking for a highly motivated Bar Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team to the service colleagues and hostesses, you will be the person that brings all these elements together, to create one the most talked about bar experiences. The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. The bar manager will manage all areas of bar service within the space, including but not limited to, training, motivating and retention of the team, food and beverage costs, labor cost, P&L responsibility, staffing plans, safety, and hygiene, all whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines.
