Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing company’s corporate social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram, as well as executive profiles on LinkedIn. Key duties include creating and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars based on business needs, platform trends, and competitor insights; overseeing community management and ensuring timely and accurate publishing; managing platforms and providing analytical reporting; and reviewing Arabic content, which is advantageous.

  • Planning creative monthly and weekly content calendars that are attuned to business needs and latest trends for Dubai Airports’ LinkedIn, X and Meta pages and 2x executive LinkedIn pages.
  • Working closely with the Production team to ideate creative concepts to deliver on planned calendars.
  • Drafting clear and detailed video or image production briefs for content creation agencies.
  • Overseeing content creation agencies on-ground on shoots and video interviews.
  • Filming short-on-phone content for stories or posts as needed.
  • Creative copywriting to adapt long-form content (such as press releases) to short, pointed and interesting captions for social media.
  • Transcribing and adapting executive speaking engagements for LinkedIn content.
  • Drafting video interview questions for social media content.
  • Ensuring all social media content produced across company’s and executives’ profiles is relevant and aligned with the wider Social Media strategy, Corporate Communications strategy, and business objectives.
  • Contributing insights to the overall strategic development of the Social Media function.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions for campaign development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of technical social media platform management and best practices across Meta, LinkedIn and X.
  • In tune with the latest social media trends locally and globally.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English – additional Arabic would be advantageous.
  • Ability to ideate creative concepts and work closely with production and videographer teams to bring content to life.
  • Experience using tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc. is preferred.
