Facilities Engineer Job

Assigned the task to carry out with full accuracy and provide the better service in time frame under Facility Management.

• Provide technical assistance to the project team at all times and constantly involve in all site activities.
• Lead the maintenance team at site, manage the project equipment.
• Make sure the all the project equipment maintained properly.
• Conduct technical training to project team.
• Executing street lighting project including installation of luminaires, Node modules, gateways high masts operation, feeder pillar, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring overall field maintenance activities.
• Assure maintenance/ projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within schedule & allocated budget.
• Preparation of material submittal, RFIs, & Follow up the approval with the consultants.
• Preparation of As Built drawing & Follow up the approval with the Consultants.
• Prepare and maintain procurement schedule & data base of all electrical material & equipment being utilized in the site.
• Routine inspection of project site
• Ensure that manpower, equipment and materials are properly utilized.
