Job Description

Independently working with minimum directionKnowledge sharing with other peers and guidance of team members to excellenceCarryout works like service, troubleshooting, repair, replacement of mechanical & electric componentsExtend the technical knowledge and skill to cover new products and other systems and functionsAttending jobs in the workshop and the field proactively to identify potential problem causes and solve the problem

Responsibilities:

  • Use tools and adopt best practices as mentioned in service manuals, SOW, and Wiring diagrams to avoid rework
  • Accomplishes tasks with full attention to details, standards, and specifications. Adheres to standard operating procedure
  • Use service checklist, read, understand, and implement instructions in workshop manuals, SOW, and Wiring diagrams
  • Ensure work is completed and output is met as instructed
  • Checks and reviews the implementation of display and timely replenishment.
  • Manages availability and timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Ensures consistent, accurate and timely inventory adjustments (GAP, Cycle Counts, Negative Quantity on Hand, False Positive)
  • Complies consistency with the Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external)
  • Ensures customers shopping experience exceeds customers’ expectation.
  • Handles and reports product queries, complaints and offer advise professionally aligned with the Brand of Service Standards procedure.
  • Drives loyalty members programs and initiatives to achieve target transactions participation.
  • Ensure policies, brand standards, grooming guidelines and internal control procedures are communicated and implemented as per SOP
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and understanding of the system and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Trade Certificate / Technician Diploma / Marine / Automobile Engineering
  • At least 5 – 10 years of experience in marine diesel engines
  • Must show proven technical expertise in independently servicing, repairs and troubleshooting
  • UAE Driving License
