UOWD is seeking a consultant CRM developer/systems person for a 12-month period to manage day-to-day operations in Sugar CRM, Sugar Market and establish a B2B sales intelligence and engagement platform system similar to Apollo embedding LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role will encompass various tasks including but not limited to the creation and testing of nurture campaigns, establishing workflows, creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, managing Sugar Market functionalities, and training end-users.
Time Allocation:
75% of Time: Sugar Market & CRM
25% of Time: Establishing B2B Sales Intelligence and Engagement Platform
The objective of this consultancy is to enhance UOWD’s customer engagement, operational efficiency, and sales intelligence through expert management and optimization of Sugar Market & CRM, and the establishment of a B2B sales intelligence and engagement platform.
