Job Description

To organize and execute the works within the purview of the designated area of the operations to ensure smooth operation of all Civil Engineering Services meeting complete satisfaction of Clients & End users

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and control day to day operation of the workshop / jobsite under instruction from the supervisor
Execute scheduled maintenance & repair works of all Civil Engineering Services including masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing & infrastructure services within the assigned operational area.
Prepare daily job allocations for the reporting team and sent to Operations on previous day for next day’s scheduling
Organize required parts & materials and arrange to deliver to worksite on time
Provide hands-on support for major rectification works when required
Complete daily work orders and submit to Supervisor for verification / approval as required
Submit day’s progress summary report to Supervisor
Submit actual daily time allocation sheets of reporting
staff to operations for MAXIMO entries
Responsible for cleanliness of vehicles, coordinating and submitting daily vehicle log sheets of assigned vehicles to Admin
Prepare cost estimates for variation works when required
Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE

Qualifications & Experience:

2 year ITI or equivalent is a must and 3 years Diploma in a relevant trade from a recognized institute is preferred.
Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.
Minimum 7 years of experience is a must.
UAE Light Vehicle Driving License desirable.
People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
