Ensure the Daily Allocation and Production of the team allocated to him. Reports investigates and resolves productivity issues.
Responsible for the production, quality and performance of the team allocated to him.
Co-ordination with labour, Sub-contractors and site staff allocated to him.
Ensuring that all information on drawings is conveyed to the workforce efficiently.
Involved in inspection & approval of works with consultant and arrange necessary documentation.
Attends technical meetings with consultants, contractors etc to resolved design & site issues.
Calculate qty. of materials etc & prepare material requisition and reconciliation of material on weekly /monthly basis.
Organize team meetings and conduct site audits.
Maintain continued vigilance of safety at site.
Ensures that the company’s Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, etc) are implemented, complied with and maintained across all branch activities and associated project sites.
Executing the agreed detailed plans to achieve each stage of the project
Ensuring that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the required quality standards
Report regularly on progress and other areas to the nominated project manager
Liaison with Sales and Purchasing personnel
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications:4 years bachelors of engineering degree in Civil or mechanical field
Experience :6-8 years of experience in handling site work in structural steel industry
Skills : Planning and organizational skills, Communication skills , Ability to lead a group of erectors on site, Strong knowledge of steel fabrication , Good command of the English language, UAE Driving license
