  • Possesses a Comprehensive knowledge of FIVE, including all Departments, Services, Experiences, and Award-Winning Dining Hotspots
  • Meticulously controls every room, ensuring their cleanliness, operation, and stocking adhere to FIVE’s Remarkable Standards, resulting in Sensational Guest Experiences.
  • Builds rapport with all in-house Guests, recognising and obtaining specific individual preferences to Curate a Bespoke, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Experience.
  • Keeps a record of guest history, including preferences, to maintain the Gold Standard of Communication within the Department.
  • Expertly maintains the privacy and security of in-house Guests, always delivering Unparalleled Levels of Care and Attention.
  • Ensures the Impeccable preparation and maintenance of Guest rooms for arrivals, creating an atmosphere that is nothing short of Sensational.
  • Facilitates the check-out process for departing Guests, ensuring that the check-out process is always done with Next-Level Excellence.
  • Builds strong Relationships with in-house Guests, attending to their needs, maintaining communication, and ensuring they always feel the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Actively promotes FIVE’s Lavish offerings such as the Exquisite Facilities, Boundary-Breaking Dining Concepts and Special Promotions, always staying attuned to Buzzing events.
  • Takes responsibility for the daily Amenities Order and Amenities Deliveries, showcasing First-in-Class Initiative.
  • Seeks feedback from Guests, striving to Elevate our Services to the Highest Level of Industry-Leading Luxury, and shares Feedback with Direct Supervisor.
  • Works closely with other Departments such as housekeeping and concierge to maintain the highest ‘FIVE-Star’ Standards for our Guests

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A proven track record of 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE’s award-winning Service Quality.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a Passion for providing Exceptional Service.
  • Always displays a professional attitude, taking pride in offering Vibrant Conversations and Helpful Suggestions.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Next-level skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
