Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting all marketing activities across multiple markets including UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Morocco for both Dunkin and Baskin Robbins brands. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for executing tactical campaigns for Baskin Robbins, overseeing local store marketing initiatives, and driving home delivery marketing strategies in Morocco for both Dunkin and Baskin Robbins. Additionally, the Marketing Executive supports Dunkin store marketing activities to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing budgets for designated markets.
  • Monitor and track expenditures related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify cost-effective marketing strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Execute tactical marketing campaigns for Baskin Robbins across UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Morocco to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute targeted home delivery marketing campaigns in Morocco for Dunkin and Baskin Robbins, aimed at expanding customer reach and increasing order volume
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment by effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry or related field.
  • Emirati national
  • Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing tactical marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
