Job Description

The Shelf Stacker is responsible for ensuring that products are displayed in a way that is attractive and accessible to customers, driving sales and ensuring optimal stock levels. This role involves collaboration with store management and GMG to implement merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.

  • Implement merchandising strategies that optimize product visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement attractive merchandise displays in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure products are arranged logically and attractively on shelves and other display areas.
  • Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishment.
  • Report any stock issues, such as low inventory or overstock, to management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize customer feedback to refine and enhance product displays.
  • Track the effectiveness of promotional activities and report on outcomes.
  • Execute in-store promotions, special events, and seasonal displays.
  • Maintain availability, visibility, and accessibility of products with updated price labels.
  • Ensure all merchandising activities adhere to company policies and health and safety standards.
