Job Description

We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our client team a leading building and construction company in Dubai.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. 
  • Review and analyze supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. 
  • Track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise. 
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and purchase orders. 
  • Assist with supplier performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
