Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in brainstorming and executing innovative ideas for major campaign launches across various channels including social media, email, print, and packaging. Your designs will help shape the luxury feel of our brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.

  • Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative and innovative ideas for big campaign launches.
  • Multi-Channel Design: Design and adapt creative content for diverse channels such as social media, email, print, and packaging.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on upcoming campaigns, ensuring all briefs are adhered to and necessary information is available.
  • Special Occasion Design: Create unique and visually appealing packages, greeting cards, and vouchers for occasions like Eid, Ramadan, and other celebrations.
  • Quality Control: Review and control final layouts to ensure all work is accurate and of high quality.
  • Consistent Branding: Maintain the creative direction of campaigns consistently across all platforms and channels.
  • Luxury Branding: Develop designs that resonate with the luxury feel of our brands.
  • Digital Content Creation: Edit and resize digital images to produce content for paid social media and the e-commerce division.
  • Print Preparation: Package and prepare final files for printing suppliers, ensuring alignment with printing guidelines.
  • Feedback Implementation: Revise and adjust creatives based on feedback from the marketing team.
  • Mood Board Creation: Assist in creating mood boards for campaign photoshoots.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on branding, creative campaigns, marketing, and digital design.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative concepts and design projects.
  • Design Skills: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Photo Manipulation: Exceptional retouching and photo manipulation skills.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
