Operational Management:
– Oversee daily fulfillment center operations: receiving, warehousing, order processing, and shipping.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
– Monitor and improve KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and inventory turnover.
Team Leadership
– Lead and develop warehouse staff and supervisors.
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and support.
– Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Process Optimization
– Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
– Use data and analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
– Manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
