Job Description

We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join our team based in Dubai.

As part of HR Shared Services Team in Dubai, you will be responsible for all HR related activities for the Kering brands, and you will be supporting our employees based in MEA region. These activities include transactional activities (HR Operations and Payroll Inputs). You will also be the first point of contact for employees, brand HR and local partners in MEA region in relation to HR topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage all hire to retire activities as per company standards within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).  
  • Coordinate and implement various HR programs such as medical and education benefits and serve as a liaison between employees, brands and local Partners in acquiring the necessary documentation and tools to permit the new joiner to work, as per local regulations.
  • Ensure that innovative, effective and efficient service delivery is implemented to manage ever changing and increasing customer volumes and needs.
  • Regularly review the administrative processes and ensuring alignment with other HR teams and identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement on a continuous basis
  • Monitor monthly stats for SLAs to ensure compliance with the HRSS service catalogue. Conduct monthly governance meeting with brands and JV partner with KPI reports. Identify gaps (if any) and resolve them.
  • Support the Head of HR Shared Services in delivering the shared services roadmap that includes development of HR policies, procedures, practices, and frameworks
  • Support the wider HR team in holding regular management networking and briefing events, to promote best practice HR process, labor law awareness and use of the internal HR system
  • Be responsible for inducting new joiners into Kering, including shared services activities, workday and Kering connect. Drive the implementation of Kering Corporate induction program which will focus on formalities such as medical insurance, Tawjee training, Emirates ID, bank account creation and medical benefit before deploying new joiners to their respective House.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR generalist, preferably within the HR Shared Services Function
  • Experience of managing complex scenarios and decision making
  • Experience within the luxury retail or fashion industry highly desirable
  • Experience with HR software (Workday is an advantage)
