Job Description

We are looking for an “IT Security and Enterprise System Admin” with expertise in managing tools like Pulse Policy Secure, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft PKI, Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway, Microsoft TMG and DigiCert Enterprise Certificate Management.
The ideal candidate to possess strong knowledge of IT security functions, process improvement, operational efficiency, and incident response. Responsibilities include overseeing 24/7 management of security tools, providing technical guidance to support teams, conducting performance reviews, participating in incident response, and enhancing security architecture.

Responsibilities:

Manage the IT – Security Tools to clients (24 x 7, 365 days per year) and ensure that service levels are achieved.
Identify and implement operational and technical methods for improving the efficiency and quality of processes. Identify the existing gaps and propose optimum solution to address the same.
Participate in security incident response – implementing containment and remediation through Security Tools. Provide recommendation plan, technical expertise and handle escalated issues. Mentor other team members to improve their technical and problem-solving skills. Perform root cause analysis and reporting for critical incidents.
Good understanding and knowledge on IT – Security Functions, in-depth product functionality and customization.
Review periodic performance report on IT – Security Tools and provide guidance on performance tuning and capacity planning.
Good knowledge about process / metrics and controls. Ability to create new process and reporting matrices as and when required.
Demonstrate technical skills in security architecture review, gap analysis and opportunity to fine-time and/or integrate security technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Engineering Degree with 7 to 12 years of experience in IT.
Proven experience & Operations knowledge on IT – Security tools such as Pulse Policy Secure (NAC), Symantec Endpoint Protection / Microsoft Defender Endpoint,
Experience in Microsoft Public key Infrastructure, Broadcom Secure Web Gateway (Proxy), Microsoft Threat Management Gateway, DigiCert Enterprise Certificate Management.
Good to have Microsoft Azure Cloud Security Certification
Strong understanding of information security principles and security best practices.
Interested in Technology and Communication.
Ability to work constructively under pressure and flexible to support outside of business hours.
