Job Description

Perform instrumentation maintenance tasks on safety and non-safety related Systems, Structures and Components as prescribed to effectively maintain the plant and ensure high equipment reliability and performance. Perform ST’s/PT’s and PM’s in accordance with the surveillance and PM programs.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform instrumentation maintenance job tasks in a timely manner and with quality to achieve operational readiness and to operate with the highest level of safety and reliability.
  • To ensure the appropriate functioning, the following instrumentation maintenance are maintained and overseen:
    – The containment equipment, specifically the reactor protection system, engineered safety future actuation system, radiation monitoring system, seismic monitoring system, and the control, monitor, and protection instruments for all containment related systems.
  • The Balance of Plant (BOP) I&C equipment, specifically the turbine building open/close cooling water system, plant water treatment system, instrument air system, plant Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, & Nitrogen gas treatment system, auxiliary steam system, etc.
  • Review work packages for operation and outage maintenance activities to ensure and improve the quality of the work packages.
  • Attend pre- and post-job briefings and oversee maintenance teams performing tasks to ensure alignment with the maintenance standards and procedures in Nawah.
  • Conduct periodic and surveillance tests to confirm efficient plant instrumentation system performance or identify deficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Certification.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
