Restaurant Cashier Job

JA The Resort, Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will handle all payment transactions efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and leave the restaurant.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are applied to all bills.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier station.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items and services.
• Assist in resolving any billing issues or discrepancies.
• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding financial transactions.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as seating guests or taking reservations.
