Job Description

You will be responsible for innovating, developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as enhancing current customer experience. In addition, you will be collaborating with Prime, Tech and partner teams WW to launch new features and products for our customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools (e.g. Figma)

Responsibilities:

  •  Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (driving an experimentation calendar, monitoring metrics, creating campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
  • Develop a holistic strategy to drive KPIs across customer cohorts. Compile and report metrics on a regular cadence to mark progress against program, team-wide and organization-wide goals.
  • Act as liaison with a range of external and internal partners to support their initiatives/ provide visibility into team priorities, performance and roadmap
  • Content A/B Testing to drive efficiency of existing features & capabilities
  • Develop and lead the email onboarding and lifecycle marketing strategy for Prime/Non-Prime customers

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
