Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline
  • 3 Years’ experience in similar capacity preferably from automotive industry
  • Professional experience of working with and managing agencies and internal company resources.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience in using a variety of CMS and social media platforms and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Manager in Implementing marketing plans as per the approved marketing budget and guidelines. Ensures marketing plans are consistent with the strategies and guidelines with the regional office.
  • Ensure marketing activities outcomes’ reflects on the business qualitatively and quantitively.
  • Assist in collating competitors ‘activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Marketing Manager and Sales (Brand, Aftersales, Parts, Service) team in analyzing the market needs.
  • Sets marketing campaigns and activities based on the collected data from the CRM department. Coordinate in preparation marketing campaigns, digital and social media plans, advertising, and direct marketing.
  • Collaborate in promotion PR activities, conferences, events, sponsorships, and product placements.
  • Ensures marketing communications are in line with BMW/ MINI CI and approved by the regional Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in both digital and conventional manner
  • Coordinate with CRM manager for better customer data collection and analysis.
