Job Description

We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Dubai for a fixed term period of 8 months as maternity leave cover.

As part of the Dubai HR Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll processes for the Kering Houses, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to address payroll-related queries, resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and based in our office in Dubai, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timeliness.
  • Handle manual payroll processing when required.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure the timely release of salaries.
  • Ensure all payroll activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Generate accurate payroll reports for internal stakeholders, facilitating compliance reporting as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for payroll-related queries from employees and brands.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll matters, including deductions, leave accruals, and benefits.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of managed services payroll processing.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or errors.
  • Reconcile payroll data with HR and finance records, and Address / resolve any data alignment issues.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
