Our Customer Service team is built on inspiration and innovation, and which are unrivalled to suit all our clients’ needs. Due to our expansion and growth, a career opportunity has arisen for Supply Chain Coordinator – Trade and Exports.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of customer orders in the back office and communicate to various operational departments.
  • Coordinate and arrange order deliveries on day-to-day basis.
  • Arrange documentation of all deliveries
  • Work closely with logistics partners to optimize transportation costs and minimize lead times.
  • Resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly to prevent delays.
  • Timely updating customers in terms of readiness and order delivery schedules
  • Sharing Statement of accounts and payment follow ups with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Co-ordination with freight forwarders/shipping lines/ transport companies whenever required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Previous experience in supply chain coordination and/or logistics related roles preferred.
  • Basic awareness of Incoterms and JAFZA documentation rules
  • Good written and spoken communication in English.
  • Customer Service internally and externally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
