Job Description

The role of the Picker is to ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared. This involves preparing the orders as received on the devices, finding suitable substitutes for any missing items, and ensuring that the orders are dispatched to the riders for delivery.


  • Selecting and packing customer requested products to fulfil customer orders

  • Providing correct substitutes of missing products for customer to choose from

  • Providing correct payment receipts with each order prepared for delivery
  • Following safety and hygiene procedures while preparing customer’s order
  • To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High level of accuracy

  • Proficient with electronic tablets

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good verbal communication skills inEnglish
