• Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to oversee the preparation and execution of outbound shipments.
• Documentation Management: Ensure all necessary shipping documents are accurately generated, managed, and archived in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Carrier Liaison: Communicate with transport providers to schedule pickups, negotiate terms, and resolve any shipping-related issues.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping regulations and safety standards; ensure all shipping operations adhere to these laws.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of products for shipping.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyse shipping metrics to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, implementing actionable solutions.
