Job Description

Coordinate and schedule transportation or logistics operations efficiently.
Monitor and track shipments, vehicles, or personnel in real-time.
Communicate with drivers, field teams, and clients to provide updates and instructions.
Handle emergency situations and reroute as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
Use dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routing and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and team members
