Job Description

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Connectivity Centre Agent to join the One&Only team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be responsible for handling all calls, both internal and external in an efficient and courteous manner with high personalized service and attention to detail, as per the standards of One&Only. Project a favorable image of One&Only the Palm to the public via telephonic interactions always. To assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure proper function of Call Center as the central communication point of the Resort.

Agent anticipates the needs of guests, including prearrival journey and executes all requests in a timely fashion. You will be instrumental in creating an environment & executing service that is second to none by consistently seeking opportunities to create everlasting memories and build relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.

  • He/She must have customer service & reservations background with strong attention to details and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.

  • Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in using an Opera system. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
