As a Customer Care Advisor at Emirates NBD, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction while adhering to banking regulations and policies. To provide consistently an excellent service to all customers for their banking needs. The objective is to improve customer profitability and loyalty to the bank through such service.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Educating customers about banking products and services to meet their financial needs.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and investment accounts.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhering to banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the branch.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Upholding a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a bachelors’ degree or equivalent (Any Specialization)
  • General awareness of banking segment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving
