As Micros Controller, you will audit all outlet reports, tally them with Opera for accuracy and check that genuine discounts are given. You will control and reconcile the daily sales in the outlets and audit F&B and all other hotel revenue generated and ensure the accuracy.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Micros Controller within the luxury hotel industry and additional experience in different finance disciplines. You should have knowledge of hotel systems P.M.S., P.O.S. (Opera, Micros, iScala) and be familiar with hotel income audit, finance policies and compliance standards relevant to the hospitality industry.
