Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving The Abaya Lab’s growth in both the GCC and international markets. This role will focus on client acquisition through diverse and innovative marketing strategies, tailored to regional and global audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand positioning, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand presence in GCC and international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in target regions.
  • Design and implement client acquisition strategies tailored to different regions.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other brands to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international and regional markets, particularly Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and implementing growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Experience working in a startup environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different cultural contexts.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Arabic Speaker is preferred
