Job Description

The Agent of the Connectivity Center is responsible for pre-arrivals processes and answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments or guest rooms, and providing information and assistance to hotel guests. They will be responsible for unlocking the Guest potential through warmth, precision, agility and being united, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • The successful candidate should have previous experience in hospitality and customer service.
  • The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills and a genuine desire to serve and assist guests.
  • You are expected to have an excellent service attitude, sense of urgency, be organized, diligent, dynamic, and always presentable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Sevenrooms, ALICE, OPERA, SAGA, and MITEL systems is essential.
  • The role requires availability for a 24/7 operation.
