Job Description

Execute precise welding tasks on various metal types, ensuring adherence to industry standards and blueprints.
Utilize advanced welding techniques, including TIG and MIG processes, to achieve high-quality welds in challenging positions.
Conduct thorough inspections of welds, assessing for defects and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize welding procedures and materials for improved efficiency and performance.
Read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications to execute welding tasks accurately.
Safely handle and store welding materials and gases, adhering to strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Maintain and calibrate welding equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance to prevent downtime.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.
AWS or equivalent welding certification at the 6G level, demonstrating advanced welding capabilities.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial settings, showcasing a proven track record of excellence.
Experience in pipeline welding or structural steel fabrication, indicating familiarity with industry-specific challenges.
