Job Description

Transguard Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for an Relationship Officer – Bancassurance for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Responsible to meet the Financial Targets for Bancassurance as defined and agreed.

  • Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards, and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that the targets are consistently met.
  • Awareness about the product offerings by the competitors, propose and implement improvements in the existing process.
  • Provide prompt feedback to Relationship Manager on business objectives.
  • To ensure the sale of Insurance product is always done with good faith and integrity.
  • Ensure all customer requests received are actioned within TAT.
  • To ensure error free applications are submitted with 100% accuracy.
  • To liaise with the Bancassurance Coordinators for smooth processing of the application forms.
  • To fully comply with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
  • To ensure productivity levels are always maintained during the financial year.
  • To ensure strict adherence of SLA’s / TAT’s as per the operating procedure.
  • To ensure the individual claw back is restricted below the mandated targets for the financial year.
  • To ensure to maximize sale of Bancassurance products with Semi Annual/Annual Mode.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Sales /Service oriented person.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Banking / Bancassurance Sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, convincing and inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance products.
  • Identify any cross-sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank through which Bancassurance products can be sold.
