Manage and organise all leasing activities of the organisation to achieve agreed revenue targets within the budgeted costs.
Manage the process of finding strategic locations for new branches throughout the UAE and negotiate for the best rates with landlords and mall management.
Ensure that all necessary government permits are obtained for project implementation.
Negotiate and obtain all necessary approvals from management for new projects.
Ensure all lease-related payments are processed on time.
Manage all correspondence and communication with tenants and landlords.
Ensure submission of all pre-requisite documents related to lease agreements on time and oversee administration processes.
Review and monitor all lease agreements and ensure they are renewed before the expiry of the contract.
Negotiate updated features of applicable lease agreements.
Any additional tasks as required by the immediate line of authority
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail leasing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within reputable retail companies or large-scale mall environments.
Profound knowledge of the UAE retail market from both the landlord and retail perspectives.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, budgeting and feasibility study skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Advanced analytical, research, and database management skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to interpret and assess lease agreements with knowledge of government-required processes across all the Emirates.
Excellent management and leadership skills, capable of maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oustanding organisational and time management skills with a strong eye for detail.
