Supports technical/ engineering teams with project requirements
Prepares Bills of Quantities from drawings and specifications
Verify and maintain records of site measurements and quantifications
Supports and contributes to the tender and proposal process as required Identifies and analyses the commercial risk of a project
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
Coordination of work effort
Give advises on a range of legal and contractual issues
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
Carries out site/offshore surveys and produces reports
Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably from the Oil and Gas industry
