Job Description

  • Greeting and Escorting Guests: Butlers will be on direct contact with a vip guest on phone/WhatsApp and will be welcoming guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures in the room and will providing an orientation of the hotel amenities along the way.
  • Room Preparation: Butlers ensure that guests’ rooms are prepared according to the preferences taking from the guest. Butler will prepare welcome drinks or amenities.
  • Assistance with Packing and Unpacking: Butlers help with packing and unpacking luggage.
  • Shoe shinning: Butlers offer the service as per guest preference.
  • Concierge Services: Butlers serve as personal concierges, assisting guests with restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, booking tickets to events or attractions, and providing recommendations for local activities and sightseeing.
  • In-Room Dining: Butlers facilitate in-room dining experiences, taking orders, coordinating meal delivery, and arranging table settings if desired. They may also assist with special dietary requests or customizing menus.
  • Turndown Service: In the evenings, butlers perform turndown service, preparing the room for sleep by adjusting lighting, closing curtains, refreshing amenities, and providing any requested services, such as additional pillows or blankets.
  • Valet Services: Butlers arrange valet parking services for guests with vehicles, ensuring car is ready before guest arrive.
  • Personalized Amenities: Providing personalized amenities such as preferred newspapers, toiletries, or pillow choices.
  • Special Requests: Butlers handle special requests from guests, such as arranging floral deliveries, coordinating surprise celebrations…
  • Farewell Assistance: Upon departure, butlers assist guests with check-out procedures, transportation arrangements, and any final requests or needs they may have.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in roles such as  butler, concierge, personal assistant, or other customer-facing positions within luxury hotels can be highly valuable.
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfil the needs of guests with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage. Clear, polite, and effective communication is essential.
  • Ensuring every aspect of a guest’s experience is perfect, from room setup to special requests.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that arise.
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently, such as coordinating with other staff, planning events, and arranging travel.
