Job Description

To coordinate and implement community-building marketing initiatives for the assigned Business Portfolio (BP), in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand / Principals guidelines. This includes community engagement through relationship-building, events, and activities, product seeding, and collaborating with key gyms in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the values and guidelines across all managed marketing activities.

  • Explore partnership opportunities to maximise reach and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Execute product seeding strategy, ensuring timely and strategic distribution of products to maximize exposure and engagement.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure production of POS material and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives and agreed timelines.
  • Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etc
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate, preferably in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience; community building and events.
  • Experience in the fitness retail industry would be an advantage.
