The Operations Manager, Ticketing is responsible for the overall operations of ticketing functions of Aquaventure World. person in this role looks after the development and performance of the Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that the best customer service practices are carried out. This is inclusive of ticketing efficiency, cash handling skills, ticket transactions, and continuous training on all products and sales techniques in a fast paced and controlled environment.
Additionally, this position will work in conjunction with other Admissions Leadership to oversee arrival/exit experience, sales of Aquaventure World products, guest complaints resolution, Dolphin Bay reservations, administrative functions, and coordination with 3rd party vendors to represent Aquaventure World.
