Leasing Executive Job

As a Leasing executive you will be searching and prospecting potential leases, actioning new leases and offer letters, collecting updated documents and records, managing lease renewals negotiations and provide general leasing management of residential properties across the company.

Responsible for preparing lease rental offer, lease agreement / lease renewal management and execution

• Liaise with all levels of staff in the group including facility management, fit-out, advertising & promotions, building services, legal and finance, as needed
• Responsible for providing property marketing and leasing services for the managed residential properties
• Handle rent negotiations for new leases, renewals or terminations and providing high level of service to existing and new tenants
• Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for new and suitable tenants
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion
• Liaise with the tenants and Facility management on all leasing matters including maintenance, seeking approvals and feedback
• Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
• Handle the move out and move in of existing and new tenants.
• Updating the vacancy report and tracker on daily basis
