Job Description

As a Lead Buyer, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

  • Placing and following-up on POs.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
  • Managing problems and schedule changes and updating ERP.
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to project as a team member or leading small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Have minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
  • Have experience in Oracle.
  • Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to influence others and lead small teams.
