Job Description

The purpose of the position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for our social media strategy across various platforms. The Social Media Manager aims to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, engagement with our audience, and contribute to the overall success of the organization&rsquo s marketing efforts through social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid and organic media planning across all mediums, coordinate with media buying agency, including creative, app store optimization, website optimization and landing page optimization, with clear ROI objectives.
  • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggest improvements and new methodologies.
  • Manage and grow new and existing marketing partnerships and collaborations, channel expansion and consumer engagement on social media channels.
  • Work hand in hand with internal creative team and social media agency on creating social media strategy and tactical initiatives.
  • Create, test, and optimize growth media strategies, manage and coordinate content creation, along with creative, brand team and agency.
  • Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media and communication.  
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English are a must due to the nature of required bi-lingual social media communication.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
