We are currently recruiting for a  Care Center Agent for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Description

The Care Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, account issues, and service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company protocols and procedures to deliver high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with call center software and basic computer applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Experience in Insurance Industry is advantageous
