Job Description

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Manage and coordinate facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
Monitor and control facility budgets, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and codes.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
Plan and schedule preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
Manage facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
Physical ability to inspect facilities and perform manual tasks as necessary.
