Scope: The English Facilitator is responsible for ensuring a complete screening of English levels across the business. This includes all new Site-based personnel at Transguard and HQ employees, if needed. This position is responsible for creating, updating the English Proficiency Test papers on a regularly basis. This role also needs to ensure the strict adherence, compliance and confidentiality of the English test across the Group and agents.
