Job Description
To design and deliver training programs aimed at improving the competence and effectiveness of all Jaguar/Land Rover sales staff.
Responsibilities:
Support the Compliance & Training Manager in identifying training needs of the sales team of Jaguar/Land Rover across showrooms, and ensure development and implementation of the right training program and curriculum.
Contribute to the formulation of the brand training plan & strategy as well as product training based on the BU’s needs.
Adapt the training manuals received from the Principals and design suitable training materials for the relevant sales staff on an ongoing basis to best equip them with relevant skills and knowledge to render high quality customer experience.
Liaise with the Customer Experience & Customer Interaction Center to gain CVP and NPS feedback and provide a report highlighting training needs for sales teams to address specific issues and/or further enhance customer experience with the brand.
Prepare and provide reports to relevant management as and when required.
Organize quality and cost-effective brand and product training and ensure effective and timely administration of training programs.
Organize and maintain brand and product training documentation, product specifications & comparisons for cascade.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Qualification in Training / HR.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience with the automotive industry.
Excellent Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving license.
Required to commute across regions within the UAE.
