•  Directly reports to the Director of Engineering and is an integral member of the property’s Executive Committee.
•  Provides the Gold Standard of Property Maintenance, demonstrating both reactive and preventive knowledge.
• Exquisitely maintains the Building, Grounds and Plant Equipment with particular attention to Safety, Security and Asset protection.
• Develops and Implements Strategies to deliver ‘FIVE-Star’ products and services, that exceed the expectations of Guests and Stakeholders while Maximising FIVE’s financial performance.
• Ensures all work follows Strict Adherence to Safe Work Practices and Procedures, prioritising the well-being and security of all ‘FIVERs’ involved.
• Leads the Emergency Response Team for all facility issues, demonstrating a Remarkable ability to Perform Under Pressure.
• Confidently develops and manages the Engineering Budget, ensuring integration of Departmental Goals in daily game plans.
• Manages Engineering Operations and Budgets and Determines with the property’s Team how the Engineering Department is performing against the budget and Highlights areas of concern to the Leadership Team.
• Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, boilers and electrical systems and any other building services per FIVE’s Standard Operating Procedures.
