Banquet Bartender Job

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests during banquet events. This includes preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensuring they have a great experience, according to the Banquet standards.  

The main responsibilities would include the following:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
• Recommend drinks and wine pairings to guests
• Manage bar stock levels and perform stock checks
• Assist with ordering supplies and receiving deliveries
• Support banquet event setups and breakdowns
• Follow standard service procedures and anticipate guest needs
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues as needed
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure food safety compliance with FSMS & HACCP requirements
