Job Description

Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on design specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
Revise and update drawings to reflect design changes or corrections as directed.
Prepare quantity takeoffs and material schedules as needed for project estimation and procurement.
Maintain drawing archives and documentation to ensure version control and historical accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and principles.
Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or SolidWorks.
Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and codes/regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
